Information collected and purposes
Contact and quote forms: name, email, optional phone, customer type and project details, used to answer and prepare an offer. Orders: name, address, email and phone for invoicing and delivery. Product reviews: pseudonym, rating and comment, published only after manual approval. Technical information (IP address, browser and pages viewed) is processed for security and operation.
Service providers and transfers
Confirmations and notifications are sent via Lovable's email service from notify.solarequipement.ch; messages reach our Google Gmail inbox. WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd., Meta) processes messages and numbers under its own privacy policy; CallMeBot (Spain) forwards new-order alerts. Hosting is provided by Lovable / Cloudflare, and the database by Supabase on servers in Ireland. Carriers receive only the name and delivery address needed to deliver goods. Some providers are based in the United States; appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses) apply. We do not sell or rent your data.
Cookies and analytics
Necessary technical cookies and storage support the basket, your cookie choice, security and admin login. No advertising or tracking cookies are placed. The host produces anonymous aggregated visit statistics. Any future cookie-based analytics would require your consent first.
Retention
Contact requests are kept for 24 months. Accounting and invoice documents are kept for 10 years under Swiss law.
Your rights and security
Ask for access, correction, deletion or objection by emailing solarequipement.info@gmail.com. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner. Site connections use HTTPS and reasonable technical and organisational safeguards.
