These terms apply to all equipment orders and services from Solar Equipement under Swiss law.

Sole proprietorship, not registered in the commercial register, not subject to VAT (Art. 10 VAT Act). Final prices in CHF.
In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails. French version.
1. Scope
These terms govern all equipment orders and cleaning or rental services from Solar Equipement, sole proprietorship of Nikita Baillif, Chemin de la Fourmi 2a, 1070 Puidoux (VD), Switzerland. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms. Special terms on a signed quote take precedence.
2. Offers and contract
Descriptions and prices on this website invite you to order; they are not binding offers. A contract is formed when Solar Equipement confirms your order in writing (email or WhatsApp), or you accept a quote. Quotes remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
3. Prices
All prices are final in CHF; VAT is not charged (Art. 10 VAT Act). Delivery is free for orders of CHF 100 or more; below CHF 100, a flat CHF 9 shipping fee applies within Switzerland.
4. Payment
Payment is by invoice via TWINT or bank transfer. For basket orders, an invoice is sent within 24 hours and goods are dispatched after payment. For the motorised double-disc brush and remote-controlled cleaning robot, orders are arranged on WhatsApp; payment is requested only after an at-home demonstration if you are satisfied. Overdue invoices incur default interest of 5% per year from formal notice.
5. Delivery
Delivery throughout Switzerland, usually within 10 working days after confirmation. Delivery times are indicative; a reasonable delay does not entitle you to cancel or claim damages. Risk passes when goods are handed to the carrier. Report transport damage within 7 days of receipt.
6. Returns
Swiss law provides no statutory cooling-off period for online purchases. We voluntarily accept returns within 14 days of receipt for new, complete, unused items in their original packaging. You pay return shipping. We refund within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the goods. Customised items, fitted or used parts, and completed services cannot be returned.
7. Warranty
The statutory warranty for defects applies for 2 years from delivery under Articles 197 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations. Report visible defects immediately and hidden defects upon discovery. At our choice, we repair or replace defective parts. Normal wear (brush fibres, seals, batteries), misuse, lack of maintenance, modifications and use contrary to instructions are excluded.
8. Equipment rental
Rented equipment remains our property. The renter is responsible for it during the rental period and returns it in the condition received, allowing for normal wear. A CHF 1,000 deposit applies to robot rental and is refunded when the robot is returned in good condition. Damage, loss or theft is charged at replacement value.
9. Liability
Solar Equipement is liable for intentional damage or gross negligence. To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect damage, business interruption or lost production is excluded. Customers are responsible for safety when using equipment, including working at height, electrical installations and weather conditions.

Personal data is processed under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection. See our privacy policy.
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Puidoux (Vaud), subject to mandatory jurisdictions.
